End of Semester Special Bell Schedule

Final Assessment Days are as follows: Thursday, December 19 (B/White Day) and Friday, December 20 (A/Green Day)

Final Assessment

Student attendance is expected like all other days through the end of the semester.

Rams Block: No Advisory is scheduled for Thursday, December 19 and Friday, December 20. This means students without a Rams Pass must attend Rams Block and attendance will be taken. Students with a Rams Pass do not need to attend their Rams Block and may either be in soft seating or off-campus (with caregiver permission).

Bus Schedule

  • Full afternoon run - depart 12:40pm

  • 1st Late Bus - departs 3:33pm

  • 2nd Late Bus - departs 6:15pm

Test Center will be open 1-3:30pm.

Bookstore: Students should drop off Semester 1 materials such as supplies and textbooks on Final Assessment Days.

Tech Campus: See communication from Ms. Lynn.

Absences during Final Assessment Day(s):

  • Students with pre-arranged absences due to extenuating circumstances: students who will miss an exam due to an extenuating absence may seek department chair approval  to take the end of semester assessment prior to the end of first semester; if granted, students should make arrangements with the teacher regarding the location and time of the make-up exam.

  • Students who are absent (not pre-arranged) during end of semester assessments will be expected to make up any missing assessments in January.

Mandatory Rams Block to start Semester 2: Grades are due the Tuesday after break, and our system requires two full days to process Rams Pass data. As a result, all students will attend Mandatory Rams Blocks for the first four days of the semester.

  • On January 8 and 9, students will have the opportunity to participate in service projects during a portion of their Rams Block. More details shared above!

  • New Rams Passes will be distributed on January 10 and January 13.

Semester 1 Grades

Semester 1 grades will be finalized on Tuesday, January 7, 2025; therefore, nothing viewed in PowerSchool or Schoology before that date is considered a final grade.

Report cards will be sent via School Messenger to caregivers and students by Friday, January 10th. If a student earns a grade of NC (No Credit) they will need to repeat the course for credit prior to moving forward to any other course that requires credit as a prerequisite.
